EX TC MARCIA UPDATE - 11am
This rain smashing Brissy at the moment is thanks to ex-TC Marcia - it's the tail end of the system, which was downgraded to a tropical low overnight.
It's now steadily moving south, after wreaking havoc up north.
60,000 people are still without power, and up to 600 homes destroyed or inundated around Yeppoon and Rockhampton.
Locals up there are panic buying... with lines stretching hundreds of metres outside the few fuel and food shops still open.
Closer to home, strong winds from the tropical low whipped up a water spout off the Sunshine Coast this morning.
It went inland and did some damage at Moooloolaba.
Some pretty cool vids have started popping up online:

Meantime, forecasters say we're bearing the brunt of the rain now, though some strong winds up to 125 km per hour may still come.
They're expecting the system to move back off the coast at Brisbane sometime this arvo... and after that, believe it or not, there'll be sunshine.
The worst would've officially passed.
The bureau says tomorrow there's only a slight chance of a shower, mostly coastal... and a top of 31.
